MIRRORS

When creating your Vanity Mirror or Mirror Wall we typically do a field measure to accurately install the Vanity Mirror or Mirror Wall as tight to the walls as possible. We typically do the Mirror Removal of your old mirror when we bring the new Mirror. After the field measurement we send these measurements off to our fabrication facility to get the Mirrors cut and apply the Diamond Polished Edge by Machine. The machine flat polishes the edge to a high sheen that you can see thru, this is the Diamond Polished Edge. The Machine also takes off the sharp edges by applying a small mitered Diamond Polish to the edges. This Process takes approximately 2 weeks.

When time is a factor, or when Custom Cutting of the Mirrors is needed because the Vanity Mirror has walls out of square, or the Mirror Wall is crooked in a few different directions, sometimes the installer will hand cut the Mirrors at your home and Hand Polish them so they fit tight. We then do the Mirror Removal the same day. This is done with a special polishing disk and we get to a very fine grit. This edge is almost as beautiful as the Diamond Polished Edge except it is not as Diamond clear. It has a duller frosty look, and this process has never received a complaint when it was necessary to do because it is on the edge of the mirror, not on the face.
